The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a founder’s mindset to lead new projects from scratch. You won’t just be managing a backlog - you will own the product lifecycle entirely, from market research and competitive analysis to production and growth.
You will work directly with C-level executives and the board to shape the product strategy, while managing a cross-functional team of developers and QA engineers to execute that vision with precision. This role requires deep engagement with Asian markets, so an ability to understand and adapt to Asian cultures is essential.
What You’ll Do
- End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead products from the “vanilla” planning phase through to production, launch, and iteration. Be accountable for the work-plan and delivery of the product.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence: Conduct deep market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and unique selling points, particularly in Asian markets.
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a dedicated team of developers and QA engineers, ensuring high-velocity delivery without compromising quality.
- Quick Decision Making: Make quick, data-driven and logic-driven decisions in a fast-paced startup environment, while being able to explain your decisions and take responsibility on them.
- Stakeholder Management: Work directly with C-level executives and board members to align product vision with business goals.
- Cross-Cultural Adaptation: Tailor product features and user experiences to fit specific cultural nuances, with a focus on Asian markets.
- Own the Backlog Grooming process, lead the high-level prioritization of different features and parts of the product.

- Zero-to-One Experience: Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering new projects from scratch.
- Startup Mentality: You thrive in ambiguity, make quick decisions, and own outcomes.
- Cultural Fluency: Ability to learn and adapt to Asian cultures and market preferences.
- Significant Product Experience: Strong background in Product Management or Product Ownership in fintech.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with gamification mechanics or competitive trading.
- Proficiency with product analytics tools (e.g., PostHog) and data visualization.
- Trading Domain Knowledge: Proven knowledge or experience in trading (either in stocks, options, CFDs, etc.) is non-negotiable.
- Technical background or ability to understand complex system architectures (APIs, WebSockets)
