The Opportunity
We’re launching a new and innovative trading brand, and we need a DevOps visionary to own its infrastructure development. This is a greenfield project where you’ll work directly with the CTO and architect to make foundational decisions for the entire platform.
You will be responsible for architecting and building the CI/CD pipelines, deployment procedures, dev environment setups, dockerizing, and much more - taking our frontend and backend from idea to production. This is a unique opportunity to shape a product from its inception and see it through to launch in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Build
- Complete Infrastructure Architecture: Partner with the Architect and CTO to design, select, and implement the entire infrastructure - from development stages through scalability and security.
- System Integration: Plan and execute everything regarding the infrastructure for our integrations with third-party systems, including CRMs, CDPs, payment providers, analytics platforms, telemetry tools, Data Warehouses, and more.
- Technical Leadership: Lead technical decisions, advise stakeholders on the latest best practices in your field, and set the standard for the whole company.
Tech Stack You’ll Define
You will have a primary role in selecting the tools for the job. We value a modern, scalable, and maintainable stack. Technologies you might work with or consider include: GCP, AWS, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and more.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of experience with real-world, production-grade web applications.
- Proven experience leading technical decisions for infrastructure architecture.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code.
- Expert-level proficiency in AWS.
- Ability to thrive in a very dynamic, fast-paced environment where decisions are made quickly.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Expert knowledge with GCP.
